No customer service at all. I purchased an item, and had a concern. I sent several emails, and received NO response. I then called, and the recorded message told me to leave emails! One star is far too good for these imbeciles. When they finally DID get back to me, they claimed that "bad apples" were the reason they didn't provide replies, but they also told me they were "short handed". Aren't we all? Then they stated that if I had "been in the business" I would know what I was talking about. Unfortunately for them, I AM in the business and would never give a lame excuse like that. CUSTOMER SERVICE is required when you're in business. Don't insult customers--help them. These old, crusty fogeys just think they are entitled and have HUGE egos. They are the "millennials" of the old farts. Too bad.
