Our objective is to assist farmland owners to successfully produce a profit when they are no longer farming the land. Our professional farm management service is tailored to landowners who no longer farm or who have invested in or inherited farmland. We assist these landowners to meet their goals and objectives with the management of their farmland and buildings. Representing the landowner in their best interest -- we communicate with the owner and renter, negotiate farmland rental prices, supervise the operation of the use of the land, process bills, host meetings with the landowner to keep them abreast of the status of the farm. FX Newcomer Farm Management strives to run our business with empathy and an ethical manner. Our relationships with our clients are based on honesty and a deep commitment to the success of the farming heritage. Please call us at 815-284-2241 to set up your appointment.
