Our variable speed overhead conveyor system carries your parts being finished through all phases of the operation. The first phase is a 5 Stage Wash System to prepare your parts for coating. After leaving the washer, the parts go through a dry off oven and then to the powder booth where powder is electrostatically applied. The next phase of the finishing process is the bake oven which melts the powder, causing it to flow and fuse into very durable baked on finish.
