I am a fan of your product Scand-oil that I use on my rosewood dining room furniture. I have called and placed an order 4 weeks ago and never received the product. I have called every week leaving messages when I could and other times "mailbox was full". Today I just left another message asking for product to be sent. It is not a very good way for a business to operate.
