The staff here are just Awful! They are Rude, Belligerent and just plain Nasty. Don't get me wrong I love my apt and the locations but the staff their are just unprofessional. Me as the tenet shouldn't have to be afraid too call the office because of what ever reason. Kathy the operator refuses too be of any help and just repeats over and over again that she is just an operator, VINNIE who is in charge of maintenance seriously needs some customer service classes or at least learn how to speak to people with out thinking that she runs things and can talk too anyone how ever way she pleases, and god forbid you complain because they wont do anything. if you leave messages their never returned. This whole office needs a serious lesson on professionalism and respect!!!
