Worst landlord I ever had!!!! The health department sited him for lead contamination from paint chipping off the building into the neighbors. He is so cheap he had some guys scrape lead paint off our house and DIDNT EVEN TELL US while our kids played there and slept with the windows open for months during the process. The health department said it should have only taken a week at the most, but he hired some kids to save money and did it all wrong so it took forever! we moved out, but my kids eyes are still running!
