Allure HOPE
If you are a permanent make up artist, tattoo artist, or Medspa, I please urge you to take your business elsewhere!
This is the absolute worst customer service possible and if this is the customer service that they are giving you when you are giving them your business, just imagine how it will be when it comes to paying out any claims that you may acquire throughout the years of being insured with them!
The law of human nature states that one does one time it is bound to do again! I was just rudely hung up on Chas Stevens!
And he does not have the girth, to boss up in front of his employees to properly handle a conversation with a client, instead he hung up and refuses to take the call. Talk about ego.
I've been insured through others, zm others that actually insure your work for life, not just while you have their insurance, and they would never treat you like this.
Chas, is a person that doesn't hear his customers out, he already has it in his head that he has all the information about the situation, when in reality this was the first time him and I ever spoke on the phone.
He interrupted me while explaining to him the situation about 7 times, which clearly shows that he has no intention of listening to me. To top it off, before hanging up on me, he slandered my companies name.
Having insurance should give you peace of mind. Again, if this is how they treat their customers now, imagine when it hits the fan and you need to submit a claim.
