No we have NOT had a good experience with this business. We have spoke with many people from staff to the Legal Department since July, 2011. No one has been helpful!! All we are trying to do is get death benefits paid for a man that dedicated over 30 years of his life working for The Boiler Makers. We are now being hassled to pay expenses that is accumulating interest, that we cannot pay. He retired from your business with the assumption and expectation that he would have these death benefits, as to not leave family in difficult situation. You have all been a let down, to the family of Mr. Albert Clark.
