Hi Desert Fasteners is definitely my GO TO place when I need something. I have dealt with this company multiple times, the most recent being yesterday. The manager (Jim) is incredibly helpful and resourceful. He has helped me solve numerous parts or fitting problems. Yesterday a young lady helped me. When I told her what I needed, she immediately gave me exactly what I asked for. The guy that came in after me had the same experience. She is quick to produce the correct part, but not very friendly. When I asked her for something different, she disappeared into the back and came back to the front counter with what I needed. She knows her inventory, just not the right attitude. Maybe if Jim is reading this, he could tell her that having the right solution is something to be proud of and enjoy. Then she could smile and be friendly.
