Hi, I used to leave at the Coronet Building located in 63-11 Queens Bulevard Apt D-17 Woodside NY 11377 for about 8 years. During this period of time I was never late on my rent payment, and I was an ecxelent tenant because I never heard any complaints about me in the building.
Now when I decided to moved out last November I did return the Apt in the same condition I got it, with a small diference because one of the cabinets door in the Kitchen has the hatch broken and the door came out "really old hatch" and the person who was suppouse to Fix it "Norman" he never did it, he has ton of excuses like he was asking Valerie for the piece and she never got it, he told us a bunch a excuses for more than 3 months and we never got it fix though. "actually I think old things broke after certain amount of years" and I found totally unaceptable if you planing on charge me for the piece and labor!
Anyway what I want to ask with this one,is MY SECURITY DEPOSIT MONEY, once I return the Apt they told me in order to get my money it will take from 4-6 weeks, Now after more than two months and tried to talked to Patricia "bookeper" and she keep saying yes I have the check and will mail it to you, then I have to call her and ask her about my money again, one more time she says, I will have it here and is for $2440 and I will mail it to you now and that was last month, then I told her the amount in the check was wrong because it has to be $2580 then she told me the someth
