I had my daughters first ever school pictures doen by this company through her school, They cashe dmy check in September and it is now almost christmas and after contacting them 2 times I have NOT goten my photos that I have already paid for, I have seen her picture bc its up in her classroom!! Excuse after excuse I STILL have nothing to shwo for it!!!!!!!!! I am goingto file a complaint with the school and try to help them find someone else to do their photos!!! I am exteemly disappointed to say the least. Since this is my daughters first year of preschool and she has 15 more years of school photos! I will do everything I can to make sure these people lose business!!! Learn some customer service people!!!!!!!!!
