I had 2 large and 1 small day/night shape repaired - That cost $30 each for the large ones and $20 for the small one for a total of $80. I recently had another shade that needed repair - looked on the INTERNET - found http://www.discoveryowners.com/DayNightCompile.pdf - It took me 5 minutes to repair They used to charge $10 for a repair - but they told me it was VERY COMPLICATED to do and would take over an hour EACH --- The publc needs to know what they are doing - How can they charge sooo much -- Have they no bussiness ethics at all - shame on them. And shame on the Female building/bussiness owner who CURSED AT ME ON THE PHONE How do you guys live with yourselves - shame shame - on your all !
