Now that we have no union to look out for our best interest , And we have all new HR people . We have to run production and on some days after production is done we have to perform SANITATION DUTIES that we are not properly trained or suppervised. Workers are tired after working all day ,So w have way to many people getting hurt from slips trips and falls. . And years of services only count for crewing down purposes,job bids are awarded to the ones that suck up not by years of service or quaiifications
