I have closely observed this preschool and know it to be an excellent one. Its director, Naomi, clearly loves working with children and strives to give them an array of learning experiences. However, the owner of the complex, Rosemary Rowell, expertly manipulated, extracted and kept my money, and I wish that I had stayed far away from her.
