Head Courters is a full service family salon specializing in "What you want" service. In April 1998 Kathy opened the doors of her first salon with the intention of giving people excellent hair services at a fair price without all of the pomp and circumstance found in the expensive salons. After twelve years on Baltimore pike, across from Lima Fire Co, Kathy and all of her great stylists relocated to the all new store in the Elwyn Shopping Center.
