We called Weather Busters to give us an estimate on a 2 year old air conditioning that the tenant said is not working, The guy told us that the filter was installed badly and he wants $700 to replace it and he would do it right there and then. We said we will call him back. He got angry and said that we owe him $190 for his visit. We were not told about this before he went over. When the guy that did the initial install went to look at the air condition unit, saw that the fuse box is missing. I called the office and talked to Dennis Fano (the manager) who said that they went for diagnostic and not estimate and we owe them $190. She has no answer for why the fuse box is missing. It will cost me $300 for a refurbished fuse box plus installation to replace the damage, to then find out what was really wrong with the unit.
