1312 s. ruston ave. Evansville indiana. daymark leasing! they are scamming everyone! WARNING YOU! read there reviews! they are no good! they lied on there website! i wasted $100. $98 to be esact thats the actual amount! $49 each adult application! and so did everyone else! they are not renting this house out to anyone! they are taking our money and lieing to us! on there web site they specifically said what they require you to have! then they say do not apply if you dont have these documents! then they state what they require in order for ypu to be accepted! welllll once you apply and give them all your money they then go to tell you they want crazy impossible documents! they will not accept my lanlords receipts is what i was told!!!!! They want money orders!!!! proof of payments!!!! what landlord does not give you a receipt!! i cant beleive this! they are lieing and taking people's money! on top of that they advertised in there listing that the hpuse was recently updated painted, NO. WALLS FILTHY, FLOORS DIRTY, KITCHEN DIRTY, STOVE AND FRIDGE SEEMS TO BE DECADES DECADES OLD AND LOOKS DIRTY!!
