I bought a WORK SHARPKNIFE SHARPENER #WSKTS from Sharpening Supplies last month. When I received the tool, a notice was included instructing me to fill out the warranty form and I would be sent a set of sharpening belts at no charge. I did not receive the belt set so I called Sharpening Supplies and asked about the belts. Iwas told to call the Darex Company. I called and explained my problem and was told that I failed to submit the form with all the information needed.. However, the genteman taking my call said he would send me a set that same day. I now have my spare set of belts and WITHOUT any hassle from the DAEEX CO. Also, i am very pleased with my knife sharpener. My kitchen knives have never been so sharp.
