on may 17th i broke down on I-40 close to I-95, worse traffic i have seen in my life and this was on the tail end of a cross country trip 4 hrs from home! i did not get the name of my life saver tow driver but i cannot thank him enough for everything he did for me! my roadside assistance had him bring me to a place that was closed in a bad area of town @ 7:30 pm on a fri night, they then directed us to another wrong address after i insisted for more help ! i had been driving for 8hrs that day and had a 57lb dog with me, he had a smart phone and found a hotel that accepted dogs and drove me there ( no cab company would have touched me with a dog if i left my car over night at someplace that did not work on Volkswagens) . i made it home on a wing and a prayer the next morning, the alternator was starting to fail and it over heated the harness which caused a electrical shutdown and when the car cooled, i made the last 4hrs of driving. the driver was so nice to a damsel in distress if this company hires all people like him, they then will always be winners !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
