1st visit by D&B was a few weeks ago and they installed undercabinet lighting in kitchen and 220 wiring to dryer. After being very happy with their work, we called for a 2nd visit. They adjusted a fan remote to work with the ceiling fan and troubleshooted our lighted street number sign. They said our lighted house number sign blew out bulbs because the voltage was too high. They went into the garage with a meter and the transformer wire was inserted into the wrong voltage. They redid it, inserted new bulbs and assured us the bulbs won't blow out again any time soon. They also installed a timer on our light switch so the outside lights will come on and go off whenever we want. I also inquired about a ceiling fan outside but D&B said I might want to consider wind as a factor noting sometimes people had issues in windy areas (blades breaking & fan being blown against ceilings). They said a fan could be installed but they wanted to be sure I knew some of the problems others had experienced with them. We appreciated the input and will consider if this is something we really need. I would definitley call them again if I had any electrical work to be done. Good work gentlemen.
