Hi- I am a neighbor to, who I believe, is one of your properties on Prairie Road, Sedro-Woolley. There is a dangerous -on going issue with gun fire/motor-bikes etc. on your property. The local authorities let me know our community can do nothing because it's private property and the careless use of fire arms and the noise because the compliant/liability/responsabilty be long to the owner.
