A friend recommended this property manager to find an apartment and so far I have no idea what apartments they manage based on their website. My problem has been because their website is so hard to use.

DO NOT WORK WITH DOUG HARDY. I had pleasantly worked with Janet on my first lease. She was extremely nice! She was amazing and gave me a “thank you” present as I moved in. Janet is so generous and accommodating. She went on vacation for a few days and I had mistakenly filled out an application with Doug Hardy, not knowing I would have to work with him. He introduced a nightmare into my life and cost me money. He had slipped two apartments out from under me and was VERY rude. After I told him what he had done he BLAMED THE WHOLE THING ON ME! Talk about poor customer service. He never apologized and now I am month to month and is costing me more money because he was too greedy about renting it out from under me. After we had agreed on me moving in and all the paper work was filled out. Save yourself a nightmare and work with Janet not Doug Hardy.
