I used this company to send box to my family back in august. And it's supposed to be delivered on November 16th but up to now it's still in limbo. The lady in Manila office when my sister called to inquire, she was very arrogant and hanged up the phone. And I have another box that's supposed to be delivered this month. Let's see if this one is coming with the first one.

I am satisfied and happy with my experience because I shipped my 4 boxes on 09/06/2015 and it arrived Victorias, Neg. Occ., Philippines on 11/27/2015, two months and 21 days. Not bad, thinking that Victorias is a remote city in Negros Occidental, I called the office in NJ to track down my shipment.The agent asked for the Bill of Lading Number and gave me the telephone number of the agent in Neg. Occ. I called on 11/20/2015 and we were told that the boxes arrived, scheduled the shipment to Victorias and arrived definitely on the schedule. All the 4 boxes were intact and my family was happy with their pre Christmas loots. Thank you very much.

Worst service ever!! took several months to deliver package, water damaged. When we contacted owner/customer service, he was arrogant and unapologetic. Stay away from this company, do not use!!!
