Dear Mr. Margolis, I am a retired public school teacher with TSA retirement account with your company. The person who is supposed to be handling this account is Ronald Wenrich. I have attempted to contact Mr. Wenrich, but to no avail. I NEVER receive statements, status reports, or communication of any kind regarding this retirement account. I have paid into this account for about 20 years and I am very upset and irritated of what I have had to do to get any information regarding this account. If I do not hear anything about the status of this retirement account at the end of the business day on June 15, 2012, I will sereiuosly consider closing this account with you and take it elsewhere. And let me make this perfectly clear, I will NOT pay any penalty fees regarding the transfer of this account to another company. I hope you understand you have thousands u[pon thousands of dollars of mine and I literally have no idea what is going on with this money. Do you think as a company president, that I have legitamate reason to be upset about this situation?
