Good amount of square footage for the price, but management is terrible! They don't take care of the laundry facilities(besides only having one washer and dryer set shared between 8 apartments, there is a pile of garbage overflowing out of the can) and are impossible to get hold of. If you call to leave a message, you rarely hear back, especially with the manager above the one that is on-site. Parking is ridiculous, we were provided with one parking spot and when I requested 2 parking stickers we received one, I called both managers in an attempt to attain a second sticker, but I still have not heard back(8 months ago...). Also, visitors have zero consideration for the numbered spots residents pay for and park in them even with visitors spots open, and the lot fills up quickly at night and several times we have been forced to park a car a mile away(the next closest lot). And again with the parking...the lot itself is unsafe, gas was siphoned from my car a few nights ago. The apartment itself is old, a bit shabby looking, but mostly has thin walls and very squeaky floorboards. Overall, if we had any idea how irresponsible the management was, and how bad the parking situation is, we NEVER would have moved in. It is absolutely NOT worth the price and space.
