I recommend that you do NOT use this company. I ordered a kitchen traffic door over the phone with Randy (salesman) on 10-09-2012, I asked for the production time and Randy stated to me 2 weeks and I was hoping for only a week and he said it's 2 weeks. After 1 month and had not heard anything, I called on 11-06-2012 and spoke to Daniel and asked the status of my order, he looked in computer and said that it doesn't show any status, he will check on it and call me back. Later in the afternoon I called back and spoketo Daniel who asked me to hold on then some lady got on the phone who offered to help me but couldn't, so I asked for Randy to call me back. Two hours later Randy calls and said that it was just shipped out today via Fed-Ex Freight, when I asked why the delay he said that the hinges are backordered, I asked why didn't someone call me as to the delay, he said "I don't know, but they should have". Randy said that he will talk to Michael Robinson (owner) to have the freight charges refunded. On 11-07-2012 I spoke to Michael Robinson and I told him that I should have been contacted as to what I would like to do. Mr. Robinson asked me what I would like, I said the freight was $140 and I would like an additional $100, he replied "your being a pig" asking for that much, he said he would give me 10% ($74.00) I said I do not want the door and Mr. Robinson said "refuse delivery of the door and I will give you a full refund", I said ok thats fine. At one point Mr. Robinson called in Randy (salesman) and repremanded Randy while we were on speaker phone. Mr. Robinson was not professional to me or his commishioned employee. Look for this review on the BBB and other sites.
