A patent has been applied for on this new aircraft concept. Negotiations are underway for testing this concept in a wind tunnel at a major university. Once wind tunnel testing substantiates the high cruise efficiency of this new VTOL aircraft concept, it is expected that the patent rights will be sold to a major aircraft and/or helicopter manufacturer.
