I would Not, in No Way ever, recommend this company!!! we have done business for 25 years and last contract they have which was signed by an employee not a owner or officer of the corporation, was signed 03/02/2010 and was a 60month or 5 year contract but now they are sewing us for breach of contract cause we changed service providers to after November of 2015 to get the kind of shirts we need for our industry as they did not provide the new shirts needed. I spoke with eddie the supervisor with this company who told me there is a automatic renewal clause in their contract and that clause is why they choose to go after me. I guess they didn't make enough money off me for the last 25 years according to eddie he did not want to loose my business. I also ask to talk to his supervisor and was told I could not as he made this decision to go after my company. If you are a user of uniforms I recommend you choosing another company to provide and work with your company not Cintas! This is and will be ongoing for awhile but please don't invest in this company. If you are a customer of Cintas uniform company I am sorry! Please look closely at you contract cause believe me it is worded to benefit Cintas company only not their customers no mater what the company logo we care might say. I hope no one ever has to go through this with any company but be aware Cintas only cares about themselves not the customer! please pass this on to anyone that will listen, Cintas company Sucks!!!
