If you love the GETTO Environment complete with garbage lying on the grounds, screaming children by your apartment window, doors slamming, stomping in the hallways by tenants whom are acting like tribesmen that do not know what a apartment is to begin with, a manager whom talks about you to other tenants, telling them that she does not give a CRAP about what you say or do, Lies to you about everything, garbage over flowing in the laundry room, pipes leaking on the washers and dryers that when you report it to management, nothing is done about it, garbage and bicycles left in the hallways and staircases, yellow bathroom ceilings from water and the vents not working properly, refrigerators that do not work properly and when reported is told it will not be replaced, that it works correctly so you keep throwing out food that spoils because you have the fridge on the highest setting, wasting electricity also. They also have early 1970,s ranges, with three small cooking Range eyes, no padding under the carpet, air conditioners that are not energy efficient, then this garbage dump is for you!!! The apartment manager lets the maintenance personnel charge ridiculous high rates to tenants for putting in items to make their living conditions better. Shelves that are so warped in the kitchen cabinets that your stuff constantly falls down. Kitchen floor was so messed up that we had to replace it ourselves to make it look decent. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THE NILES COMPANY TO WATCH MY DOG, LET ALONE AN APARTMENT COMPLEX. i STAYED AT ONE OF THE COMPLEXES THAT THEY MANAGE (LAKEVIEW GARBAGE...OPPS GARDENS) AND I MUST SAY THE PRACTICES THAT THEY HAVE ARE EMBARRASSING !! THEY WOULD NOT RENEW MY LEASE DUE TO MY PTSD, I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES AND WROTE E-MAILS TO SEE THE STUPID PRESIDENT JERRY, AND HE DID NOT HAVE THE DECENCY TO RETURN MY CALLS.... I HOPE THEY ROT IN HELL FOR THE WAY THEY TREAT VETERANS!!!!!
