The apartment is fine. Clean. Exterminator comes every month. Laundry in the building. Also the super is great. Call him and things get fixed promptly. But Aris Investments, or whoever works at the office, is another story. Quite possibly the worst customer service I can remember. It doesn't exist. To the point where calling them is pointless. Nothing gets solved. Loud neighbors. Loud music. Construction at 8am. A rec room gets turned into a nightly dance party. Who cares? I don't call with every issue, but I call when it is out of hand. No one calls back. Absolutely unacceptable.
