Even before you and your family purchased the Belknap Resort we were customers, while we have enjoyed the hospitality over the years, that enjoyment has come to an end! While, all staff members have been very helpful, gracious, and generous that seems to have changed; it started when Marlene and husband became managers; I've owned and currently own several Hospitality Event/lodging and realize there has to be rules and regulations, but not so extreme as to chase guest/customers away! Marlene, treats myself and my family like we are first graders, not first class citizens/business people! She has a 'control' problem! On 1-7-13 to 1-10-13 we were in room 12 after a 'scuffle' over a 'pool towel' and a plug in electric concern (none was a safety violation) I've decided to cut short our 'mini vac' and get the hell away from Marlene!! If this part of your vast investment properties is just a hobby, I don't care, if its a business you have a problem, a problem that I want share.
