I bought a Zinus twin mattress through Sam's Club. . I couldn't figure out how to file a return to Sam's Club, since I live about a hundred miles away with no way to transport a mattress. I left an unfavorable review on Sam's Club and Zinus contacted me, saying they would be happy to help me. This mattress is under 10-year warranty. I filed a complaint with Zinus on June 20, 2019. It is now October 12, 2019. There are 27 (28 as of today) pages of emails; they request pictures over and over and over, even though the sagging is clearly visible. And yet this matter remains UNRESOLVED. The mattress claims to be "very supportive." IT IS NOT SUPPORTIVE. I sank into the mattress right away. I thought maybe it needed more plumping, so I waited to no avail. Mattress sags. Aching back every morning. WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT EVER. They did not respond to my complaint to the Better Business Bureau.
