The owner showed up to "fix" our unit. He claimed he put a new part on it. Paid him over $250 and not even a month later it went out completely. Called a different company and they said the part Quantum said they put on, was actually old and rusty. This was a take your $$$$ and run deal.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL These guys showed up at the end of day (never called ahead of time) in an unprofessional, underequipt vehicle. the guy had a small boy as helper or something, and he couldn't fix our AC due to ordering a part (understandable). When he left he fogot his tools and had to come back for them. He told us we were 2nd job on fllowing business day. He never showed, never called, and never return our messages. We called American Home Shield that night to see what was going on, they called him and all of the sudden his phone worked! We had to wait another day. Following day the company called to inform us they would be here in an hour, and then turned around and cancelled the service call with American Home Shield alltogrther (WOW). All along this man knew we had a two week old infant in the house. my suggestion is RUN, RUN, RUN.. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
