This company failed to plow our driveway for both of the first significant snowfalls of this year. My husband was forced to shovel it so that my kids and I could access our home safely. I called to see what the problem was and was told they needed an unreasonably long time after the snow stopped falling to plow it. So basically, if it snowed for three days (which happens in Michigan), this company would leave you snowed in until 1 day after the snow stopped. Obviously, this is not acceptable service. Once it was clear that the business relationship wasn't working, I asked for a refund, which the owner Darrell smugly refused. He thought it was funny! No service was ever provided, so keeping my $210 is extremely unethical. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!! Terrible customer service, disrespectful, flippant. The owner, Darrell Tharnish, is clearly in it to rip people off - not to provide a professional and reliable service.
