If I could give ten stars or more, I literally would and then some! Rosie Matthews, needs to be commended for her OUTSTANDING customer service. This past Friday, I was leaving town and she went out of her way to locate a package for me. Mind you I arrived unannounced, first thing that morning and her kindness, generosity, and genuine disposition was so evident as she was so willing to help. She's a GEM and ONE in a MILLION these days, for stress within any company that ships packages is at an all time high with our challenging times (but not with Rosie). Rosie has no idea what a difference she made for me and I left there smiling ear to ear. She was such a pleasure and not just an asset to this local UPS center but a VERY VALUABLE ASSET to UPS worldwide as a whole! Thanks so much again Rosie! You're amazing!
