Our team of architects, engineers, attorneys, investment bankers, and bond underwriters that specialize in all aspects of P3’s, tax credits, and procurement. When the P3 Group is selected to develop a project through our P3 model, we make a substantial investment into predevelopment costs including, but not limited to, architectural, engineering, legal, and underwriting services. We are reimbursed these costs at the financial closing of the transactions. Our public partners do not have to focus on raising large sums of money to execute projects, rather they can simply budget affordable monthly payments that begin 6 to 12 months after the project is completed. We are also able to subject payments to annual appropriations for essential government services.
