They failed to deliver what was written in our contract. We live 4 states and 360 miles away and his wife Thea emailed us to say the work was completed and to send the check. What they didn’t know was I was coming down to do work on the house which was damaged by hurricane dorian and walked into a mess. The work was about 50% complete and they did not clean up as in the contract. To make matters worse the house was up for sale and we stressed the importance to finish and clean up because there were showings scheduled. What or when would ithave been completed if I did not show up. It is now 4 months later and still not completed even though we were told over and over they would complete it on a rainy day. I could go on and on but basically Scott was totally unresponsive to our concerns and would not even pop over our house to walk through and see why we were so upset. We felt they figured we were gone for the season and would not be around to see the finished product. They got their money but I knew they were never coming back, buy my wife kept saying Thea said they would fix it. Painted over storm damaged drywall rather than replace it.
