Our activities are specifically designed by Rachael Wonderlin and her Dementia by Day program, geared for our residents who are experiencing cognitive impairment. We design programming that can fulfill the resident where they remain in the journey of memory loss. The Belmont memory care house is on a beautiful country lot, wooded and also quiet yet conveniently located near 131.
