They got a lot of the schools to clean when Alabama won the cigarette/tobacco suits way back when and he> Todd, hired me to get the windows taken care of. If that isn't a good reference then I don't know what would be. It was no surprise to receive a nice bonus if you finished the required work before the deadline. Todd has very little employee turnover which just confirms a stable work place. This was about 10 years ago when I was living in Alabama in my van in the woods while I built up my clientel for my newly started business.
