6/19/2024: I bought a new AC from Gates Heating and Cooling and it has been leaking refrigerant since the very beginning. I had to call Eric Gates every year to ask him to find the leaking spots and repair it but he just came and refilled the coolant and didn't take care of the leaking spots. This is against the MI Laws. This year the AC didn't work again and I called him. This time he even ignored my calls and text messages. I hope through this review I can help him to make his jobs better and protect the other people. I hope Eric can answer my calls and finally repair my AC.
7/22/2024: Since May 2024 I have been calling und texting Getes Heating and Cooling almost every other day with no reply from them. Now I have to write a second review to tell the viewers that they don't even answer my calls. They let me just live with out a functioning AC. I hope my review can help you to avoid my bad experience and save your money.
What work did you need done?
They installed for me a new AC and it keeps leaking the refrigerant. The last 4 years they had to refill the AC each year but they didn't look for the leaking spots. They have to come and solve the leaking problem first and they refuced to do so. This is against the laws. I hope your Website should let him do the job correctly and let them to come and solve my problem.

Our AC died on Tuesday - Eric came out that evening. He had to order a part. It came in Thursday and he was out again - in the evening - fixed the AC. He's always available. Such a great experience
