I placed an order through Thrive Market, on 7/31/20. It has been 25 days since Thrive Market shipped my order out, via FedEx. It has been 4 days since I made a complaint through the FedEx, Better Business Bureau. It has been 4 days since I called FedEx for the first time about this order, when I was told that FedEx would get back to me, once they located my package. Of course, FedEx never got back to me, and I have not received a single reply, nor any correspondence whatsoever, from FedEx, regarding this order. FedEx has simply chosen not to respond, to avoid taking responsibility for a lost order. I contacted FedEx about this order, yesterday, on 8/27/20, via their Customer Service Support, Phone Number, at 7:15 p.m., and a FedEx representative by the name of Sam Arana, informed me that the order is lost, and cannot be found. This same representative then informed me that Thrive Market would have to be the one to initiate the claim, to reimburse me for the order that FedEx lost, as Thrive Market shipped the package. So, FedEx has confirmed, that the package has been lost, yet, they did not contact me about this, and I had to personally contact FedEx myself, in order to find out this information. This is truly a bad look on FedEx, to simply leave customers in the dark, as to where their order is, and to completely drop the ball, to simply not respond to a legitimate complaint, that a customer has made, though the FedEx Better Business Bureau. If I had not contacted FedEx again, yesterday, then I would still have no idea as to where my package is. FedEx clearly has no intention of replying to my complaint, as that would require them to acknowledge that they have lost my package, and this is something which they did not want to acknowledge, as acknowledging this, means they will have to reimburse me for my order. So, it boils down to money. What a shady and unethical business practice, to not respond to a legitimate Better Business Bureau complaint, to avoid taking responsibility, and reimbursing a customer for an order, which FedEx has lost. This is customer service at its absolute worst. To handle business in such an unethical manner, particularly in these times, is truly shameful. Shame on you FedEx, for treating customers this way. It seems that ethics are no longer important to businesses these days.

I would never use Fed ex for my business again. They charged me $172.00 to deliver next day. then they tell me they do not have Saturday delivery in my area but refused to correct the price. It took 4 days from date package was shipped till it was delivered

The only time i will ever use Federal Express again is to correct the mess they made on what should have been a very simple overnight delivery from Chicago to New York. I needed an envelope overnighted to New York. It contained important information that was going to be hand delivered to my son in Africa. Once i reported it missing the tracking department began its inept and unprofessional search. Of the six employees I talked to only one was outstanding.Not only was it disappointing and frustrating and for me but my son was greatly inconvenienced. If i heard one more agent say "we are sorry for your inconvenience and then do absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. i was going to lose it. If you have something valuable to deliver do not use Federal Express.
