Cedar Werks installed a shingle roof on our house in 2000. A 20 year warranty was included. For the first seven years, the Company came to our house to reinstalled fallen shingles with no problem. Unfortunately, since last year the Company has not returned my calls regarding fallen shingles and shinges that have begun to curve, which may become a leakage concern in our future. Our attorney sent a letter to Company but the letter came back as "undeliverable" from the Company's Lake Bluff address. I will continue to seek legal recourse under my warranty. I am very disappointed.
