Founded in 1904 as the Akron Metallic Gasket Company, AMG Industries has evolved into a premier manufacturer of precision metal components. Nestled in Mount Vernon, Ohio, just 45 miles northeast of Columbus, we've been at the forefront of metal fabrication for over a century. Our journey from a small gasket maker to a diversified supplier of complex welded assemblies and specialized stampings is a testament to our commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
