Doin' Canoen' on the Rock since 1998 7 days a week please call for reservations Canoe and Kayak rentals on the Rock River. Starting just below the dam in Oregon, Il. We launch from the business location. You can canoe a 2 hour trip to Castle Rock State Park (5 mi) or on down to Grand Detour (12 mi). Also, you can canoe/camp at Castle Rock river access only campground which is located half way down the 12 mile trip. All trips include paddles, jackets and the shuttle trip back. The Rock River is very scenic with lots of nature, sandstone bluffs, eagles, great fishing! Please call for launch times and availability. Hope to see you soon!
