I bought a used 2019 bike from them. It had 1000 miles. I was assured it had been serviced by their tech. I drove 250 miles to get the bike. It was loaded in the back of my truck and brought home. Once home, and unloaded, the bike would not start. So I took it to my local dealer who charged $315.00 to correct the problem. I asked Waynesville Cycle Center to split the cost or the repair with me. They refused. I understand that typically a used vehicle is sold as is... but imagine buying a car from ANY dealer today and when it is delivered it wont start, and the dealer says, "Too bad... You're on your own." This is Waynesville Cycle Center. I won't be buying anything there ever again and I hope you won't either.
