1) Unprofessional Staff, including an annoying live-in-building manager, who enters YOUR apartment whenever he wishes. 2) Cockroach Infestation 3) Wasp Infestation in the Spring My partner and I went to check out the apartments on Priscilla and upon stepping foot onto the front step some crazy looking old man started questioning us about who we were, who we were trying to see, why he hadn't seen us around before, etc. My partner told him we were there to see an apartment and that we had an appointment with the manager of the building; he then asked who the manager said they were. After we had confirmed that this man was indeed the building manager, out of an act of desperation to live close to my school and place of work, not to mention we did not have thousands of dollars to put down on multiple places we agreed to sign the lease and pay the application fee (both due at the time of the showing). The apartment buildings are infested with cockroaches and although the company which owns the building agrees to pay for an exterminator the live-in-landlord either refuses to let the exterminator in or they enter when you're sleeping or in the shower without any notice at all. In the Spring we had an infestation of wasps coming through the bathroom fan which was apparently 'normal' for the building... If you're a student or have a full time job this is definitely not the kind of place you want to rent from as the living conditions are loud at all hours of the day and night which i
