the doctor told everyone she retired when the truth is she lost her lic. due to selling oxycodone rx's. She is an aweful person, and does many illegal things. Her section 8 apts, she makes the tenants' pay xtra cash under the table. She hires non-english speaking superintendants so they cannot tell hr what is wrong w/ her building/ And she is a racist. Her exact words were"I no like white tenants' nor employees, the cause trouble. They want to fix apt and make me pay money to do it where non english spanish speaking just bandaid problem-that what i lIke". There are leals in all her apts in Long Beach and ceilings are falling on people while the're asleep. All her empolyees are illagal immigrants. Someone need to but a stop to this criminal

I agree many, the people she has working in her office do not know what they are doing. I receive bills of rent owed that I have already paid. Last summer there was fire in one of her buildings and the tenant were out for 2 1/2 months. When they did move back in, they were charged rent for living in the apts for the 13 days left in the month. RIDICULOUS!!!
