Called Mr. Harvey Allen and he kindly provided me Brian's phone number to make a service call. I spoke with Mr. Brian and although he could not make it out today he offerred to walk me through some troubleshooting or come out if we couldn't fix the issue by phone. He is clearly knowledgeable and was clear with his instructions keeing safety first in mind. I was impressed and he made me feel so accomplished with our teamwork and my parent's well is working again!! I so appreciate your help and your time! They have great service until they drill your well, but follow-up with repairing equipment they put in that went bad prematurely, and they'll hang up on you and refuse to take your call! The recommendation is to NOT recommend them. They have great service until they drill your well, but follow-up with repairing equipment they put in that went bad prematurely, and they'll hang up on you and refuse to take your call! Even when it means taking care of something THEY have under warranty. They are the worst kind of people to do business with. My recommendation is that you DON'T do business with them.
