I have been going to Faltom Jewelers for several years. They are truly wonderful. I have had a rare watch repaired when i didn't think it could be done. I have gone in with broken jewelery, I have had a diamond journey necklace changed from gold to white gold. I had a diamond ring that I had them change into a while gold necklace which was a heart shaped ring. I have also bought many things from them and have always been happy with their sevices and items I have bought. I won't go anywhere else. I have moved out of Naugatuck and now I travel much farther to get the customer service other stores don't give me. It's nice that its family owned. I want to Thank everyone at Faltom Jewelers for all you have done for my family, friends and myself. S.DePal
