I used to do business with Luke's and was very satisfied until the past year or so. I am now moving on to a different company due to them not knowing how to return phone calls or follow-up on things. Waiting weeks for repairs due to no follow-up is ridiculous. It's even more ridiculous when the customer follows up asking why there has been no communication and the response is attempting to place blame on the customer and then you just saying "I don't know why" when called out. A simple apology and promise to get better would go a very long way for a long time customer. Very pathetic. After some time passed from my previous review on their bad customer service. i decided to give them one more shot as my wife and I really did like doing business with them prior to the one bad experience caused by the old lady who answers the phone. Maybe it was just an off day for them. It wasn't. They straight up said NO like they were a victim or something rather than appreciating a former customer giving them another shot. Even more pathetic. I would give 0 stars if I could.
